Worst online purchase experience

I ordered what I believed was advertised on this website as kinky curly crochet braid in color ombré pink 8 inch. Instead I received 8 packs of 10inch Goddess Box Braids in color 1B/Rose/Pink. I contacted this company Brooklyn Born Cosmetics about receiving the wrong order. I never received a reply to my email from this company about the receiving the wrong product. So giving a review on a product I never received would be pointless.
