Super cute and ever more gorgeous under the flashlight! Does have a funky smell if you’re super close to it but it doesn’t stink up the whole room. Thank you! Also yes you have to dry it under a UV or LED lamp! (Picture attached is not #11, #11 is a little bit of a brighter red than this one)
