Wrong Texture & Lacking Customer Service

It was a beautiful wig in its construction and color, and the packaging was lovely too. But a major problem was the texture of the wig being not as advertised. I was advertised a wavy, 3-type texture that could be easily straighten and styled various ways.. but what I received was closer to my own natural hair texture, which requires far more maintenance and is harder to style in other ways. I’ve since bought a new wig from another shop, and they did not disappoint in advertising what I was getting.

I mentioned this in an email, but I never got a reply. It took a while to hear from the seller in general. Not very happy with the shop overall. Sorry..
